José Mora Féria is the Co-founder and Technical Partner of ARE, Lda, the real estate company he co-founded with Rute Mascarenhas in 2012. ARE holds IMPIC licence 9492, issued in August 2012, and runs offices in Porto, Lisbon, Estoril, Comporta and Vilamoura.
He has built websites since 1995. In 2008 he founded LWS, a web development company sold in 2009. From 2009 to 2011 he ran SEOJuicy, with clients in automotive, finance, medical and real estate. In 2011 he set up a real estate venture in Florianópolis, Brazil, before returning to Portugal.
At ARE he designs the system architecture and the websites of the property network: xrei.com, lisbonproperty.com and algarverealestate.com. Every site runs on one theme he built, in up to 13 languages.
He writes on Portuguese property law, taxes and market data, and checks each figure against its official source.
