Jhose Mora Féria and Rute Mascarenhas founded ARE in 2012, after Jhose ran a real estate venture in Florianópolis, Brazil. Rute leads client relationships. Jhose leads the technology behind every ARE property platform, XREI included. Jhose and Rute are the people accountable for XREI: what you see on this platform and how your inquiry is handled ultimately runs through them.
