Rute Mascarenhas is the Managing Partner of ARE, Lda, the real estate company she co-founded with José Mora Féria in 2012. ARE holds IMPIC licence 9492 and runs offices in Porto, Lisbon, Estoril, Comporta and Vilamoura.
She supervises every sale and purchase handled through xrei.com, lisbonproperty.com and algarverealestate.com, from the first enquiry to the deed, and manages the team that works with clients. Before real estate, she worked in private banking in Lisbon as a client manager, including five years at Deutsche Bank. She moved into real estate in 2011.
She works in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
